The Biden administration has unveiled a new skilled-worker immigration program to attract top global talent in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and biotechnology. The new visa, named “TechForward,” will provide a fast-track residency path for qualified candidates. The US Department of Labor expects this move will help fill over 1.2 million open tech jobs nationwide by the end of 2026. Eligible candidates must have a STEM degree and a job offer from a verified employer.
